Additional new products in Coppens’ 2010 assortment

For the industrial farmers we offer feeds for: trout, sturgeon, catfish, tilapia, carp and marine. In addition we also offer feeds for pond, aquarium and koi and angling products. New products this year are Sturgeon CAVIAR (a high quality caviar diet), CatCo PERFORMANCE (a high performance floating pre grower), MariCo FOCUS (a high quality low fat grower) and MariCo MISTRAL (a high quality high protein grower)

CatCo PERFORMANCE
CatCo PERFORMANCE EF is a floating high protein grower for catfish and its hybrids. This diet is based on high quality ingredients like fish meal, fish oil and blood products. This feed has a high protein and oil level to promote extra performance at the first grow out phase. It is the ideal follow up feed of CatCo Pre Grower-15 EF. CatCo PERFORMANCE EF is very palatable and digestible to catfish resulting in good feed intake and efficient growth. Together with the high water stability of the pellets this helps to maintain a good water quality. These characteristics make CatCo PERFORMANCE EF the ideal feed for intensive production. Besides this the feed contains all necessary vitamins, minerals and trace-elements which keep your catfish in perfect condition.

MariCo FOCUS
MariCo FOCUS is a high quality low fat grower with a high proportion of fish meal. This diet is formulated for carnivorous fish that require a low fat level with a high proportion of protein. This high protein/energy ratio results in excellent growth and low feed conversions. At the same time body fat accumulation is minimised. MariCo FOCUS is suitable for carnivorous species like pike perch, perch, barramundi, hybrid striped bass, European catfish and sea bass and bream. MariCo FOCUS is designed for use in recirculation farms. Its high digestibility and water stability stimulate a high feed utilisation and low pollution. This feed performs well under intensive conditions and is already successful for intensive farming of European catfish in recirculation systems. MariCo FOCUS is a well balanced feed. It is formulated according to an optimal amino acid and fatty acid profile. The extra added vitamins and minerals support a healthy development at fast growth.

MariCo MISTRAL
MariCo MISTRAL is a high quality grower with a high protein level. This diet is formulated for carnivorous fish and includes a high amount of fish meal, fish oil and crustacean meal. MariCo MISTRAL has more protein and a little more energy than MariCo FOCUS while maintaining a high protein/energy ratio. It can therefore give an excellent growth and feed conversion. MariCo MISTRAL is suitable for carnivorous species like pike perch, perch, barramundi, hybrid striped bass, European catfish and sea bass and bream. MariCo MISTRAL is designed for use in recirculation farms. Its high digestibility and water stability stimulate a high feed utilisation and low pollution. This feed performs well under intensive conditions with optimal water quality control. MariCo MISTRAL is a well balanced feed. It is formulated according to an optimal amino acid and fatty acid profile. The extra added vitamins and minerals support a healthy development at fast growth.

SteCo CAVIAR
SteCo Caviar is formulated for sturgeon that are selected for caviar production. From the onset of maturity female sturgeon require a diet that promotes egg development and promotes a high gonadosomatic index. SteCo Caviar has a high level of high quality protein with a well balanced amino acid profile for optimal egg development. Its low fat level meets the requirement for energy but prevents accumulation of body fat. SteCo Caviar is suitable for all farming systems including recirculation farms where its high water stability minimises leaking of nutrients and pollution.
SteCo Caviar has a well balanced level of vitamins and minerals for maturing sturgeon. The oil in this diet is rich in long chain omega-3 fatty acids which results in a healthy and tasty caviar. Lecithin is added for efficient fat metabolism. Special crustacean meal is added for a highly palatable product. SteCo CAVIAR is suitable for all sturgeon.
